He's a Bully, Charlie Brown

Charlie Brown and a small circle of friends attend a camp, where they encounter Joe Agate, a deceitful bully who promises to teach the game of Marbles but withholds that the marbles are for keeps. He ultimately confiscates their marbles. When Rerun is tricked and loses his marbles, Charlie Brown must draw on his own marbles to help recover the other kids' marbles. The only problem is that Charlie Brown doesn't know how to play.
