Macross Plus: The Movie
Three decades after the great war between humans and the Zentradi, the U.N. government is advancing transforming fighter technology by running tests on the colony planet Eden. Maverick test pilots and former childhood friends Isamu Alva Dyson and Guld Goa Bowman, a mixed-heritage Zentradi, are selected to pilot Shinsei Industries' YF-19 and General Galaxy's YF-21 for Project Super Nova, to determine the newest successor to the VF-11 Thunderbolt, which remains in service with UN Spacy military forces. Their personal grudges threaten to derail the tests and wreak havoc on the program.
