Stolen Birthday

On his birthday, Ronnie, a lonely middle-aged man, sits in a small diner sharing a meal with his mother, Julie. For Ronnie, the moment feels warm and real, charged with conversation, laughter, and a comfort born of feeling understood. As the night progresses, subtle details begin to blur.
