Perched at the edge of the Genkai Sea, Ryujin Misaki is known as an isolation ward for leprosy patients. When Saotome, a sword master and guard of the Shogun, hears of a missing doctor, he grows suspect that things at Ryujin Misaki are not what they seem. Determined to uncover the truth, Saotome launches a private investigation.
