Thorne

Thorne is a British television drama that premiered on Sky1 in the United Kingdom on 10 October 2010. Based on Mark Billingham's novels, the six-episode series stars David Morrissey as Detective Inspector Tom Thorne. Part One: Sleepyhead follows Thorne as he probes a string of attacks on young women and is pulled back into the nightmares of his past while racing to identify a killer. Part Two: Scaredycat finds two women murdered within hours of each other near St Pancras station, but by different means. When a link is made to two earlier crimes that occurred months before on the same day, Thorne realizes that two serial killers may be operating in a macabre partnership.
