Zero Woman: Red Handcuffs

Agent Zero operates as an unconventional cop, enforcing justice on her own terms. After she unlawfully kills a rapist in a brutal act, she is incarcerated and stripped of her badge. Soon after, a wealthy politician's daughter is kidnapped by a ruthless gang. Agent Zero is released from prison with orders to go undercover and locate the politician's daughter, and return her safely. Armed with her deadly red handcuffs, she systematically eliminates the criminals one by one.
