So, the RBI just jazzed up the paperwork for NBFCs and HFCs wanting to ditch their Certificate of Registration. If these companies want to exit the game, they need to fill out a new form on the PRAVAAH portal and keep playing by the rules until they get the official thumbs up for cancellation.
