Fire Force

In the year 198 of the Solar Era, Tokyo is protected by specialized fire brigades confronting a terrifying outbreak of spontaneous human combustion that turns people into living infernos known as Infernals. While first-generation Infernals are the earliest victims, later generations possess the ability to manipulate flames while retaining their human form. Shinra Kusakabe, nicknamed the Devil's Footprints for his power to ignite his feet at will, joins Special Fire Force Company 8, a unit of flame users dedicated to extinguishing Infernals they encounter. As a faction that creates Infernals emerges, Shira begins to uncover the truth behind a mysterious fire that caused the death of his family twelve years ago.
