The Ungrateful Tenant follows an anxiety-ridden millennial renter who dreams of one day owning his own house. When his paranoid frustration peaks, he boots out his 'nightmare' flatmate, only to be struck by instant karma, launching him on a cursed odyssey through flats across Auckland.
