Zatoichi's Revenge
Traveling masseur and master swordsman Zatoichi stops near the village of his mentor, Hikonoichi. He learns of Hikonoichi's recent robbery and murder and that his virginal daughter, Osayo, is imprisoned in a brothel. Through a friendship with Denroku, a local dice thrower and devoted father, Ichi uncovers an unholy alliance between the governor and the regional strongman: they falsify tax records to drive farmers into debt, then coerce their daughters into prostitution at the boss's brothel. With help from Denroku's daughter, Otsuru, Ichi consoles Osayo as he prepares to provoke confrontations with the villains and their henchmen.
