One Piece

Many years ago, the dreaded Pirate King Gol D. Roger was executed, leaving behind a colossal treasure and the legendary One Piece. Whoever claims the One Piece will be named the new King of the Pirates. Monkey D. Luffy, a boy who consumed a Devil Fruit, resolves to follow in the footsteps of his idol Shanks and pursue the One Piece. It helps that his body possesses rubber-like properties and that he is backed by a cadre of skilled fighters and thieves to aid his journey. Luffy will stop at nothing to seize the One Piece and ascend to the throne as King of the Pirates.
